Exchanges and returns
I’ve received my order, but the product is damaged?
Pack the product securely and return it to us. When returning a damaged product, Artisan Treasure will send a new product free of charge.
How do I exchange a product?
If you wish to return one or more products, you must return the parcel within two weeks of receiving it. When you return a product, pls email us before hand at email@example.com. Shipping costs will be at your own expense. We process all returns as soon as possible.
How do I get a refund?
Once we’ve received your return package, we will send you an email notification that we have transferred the amount of the receive products. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please expect 2-5 working days before the refund is shown on your account. Using MasterCard, you might have a credit agreement, which means that the refund will only be shown at the next credit period. Your card issuer or bank will have more information about this. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
