Shipping Conditions

Flat Rate:

- Shipping within Denmark DKK 46,- incl. VAT

- Shipping within the EU DKK 95,- incl. VAT

- Shipping outside of the DKK 95,- incl. VAT

All orders are sent by post via PostNord or GLS.
We don’t ship on holidays.

Display settings

Please note that your display settings may differ from those we work with here, which means that shades can differ from screen to screen.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and mobilepay

Prices

All prices are displayed in DKK and include 25 % Danish VAT. Prices do not include shipping. Shipment Internationally - VAT & TAXES Prices may vary depending on destination, local taxes, or import rules. Prices in our shop is stated in Danish kroners.

Return policy

Items can be returned within 14 days. In case of returns, items must be clean, unused, and unwashed. The costumer is liable to pay for return shipment, which will be deducted from the return payment. Items are to be returned to: Artisan Treasure/ Feel Good Temple, Søllerød Park 16-18, 2840 Holte - Denmark.

You can contact Artisan Treasure on hello@artisantreasure.dk or call +45 26 23 34 91 during phone hours (Tuesdays to Fridays between 10:00 and 11:00 am). We only have the online shop and there is no physical store or showroom in which to try on, collect, or exchange products.

Exchanges and returns

I’ve received my order, but the product is damaged?
Pack the product securely and return it to us. When returning a damaged product, Artisan Treasure will send a new product free of charge.

How do I exchange a product?

If you wish to return one or more products, you must return the parcel within two weeks of receiving it. When you return a product, pls email us before hand at hello@artisantreasure.dk. Shipping costs will be at your own expense. We process all returns as soon as possible.

How do I get a refund?

Once we’ve received your return package, we will send you an email notification that we have transferred the amount of the receive products. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please expect 2-5 working days before the refund is shown on your account. Using MasterCard, you might have a credit agreement, which means that the refund will only be shown at the next credit period. Your card issuer or bank will have more information about this. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
